Exchanges & Returns

Mattress Comfort Exchange (Orange County Only)

  • Mattress sets purchased in-store or online and within local delivery range* can be exchanged within 100 days of Delivery.
  • Customer must sleep on their new mattress for at least 30 days before an exchange can be processed.
  • One comfort exchange offered per purchase.
  • All factory tags and labels must be kept intact for exchange.
  • Mattress must remain free of bodily fluids, stains, rips, tears and noxious odors such as cigarette smoke. To protect your bed and your 100 Night Comfort Guarantee, we recommend purchasing our mattress protector that is guaranteed to protect against staining for 10 years.
  • Mattress must be supported by a matching or factory approved foundation and frame.
  • If a mattress of lesser value is selected, a store credit will be issued. In-store credits must be used within one year of comfort exchange date.

  • Exclusions: All clearance products; such as floor models, discontinued, damaged or closeout items. These items are sold "as is" without a Warranty or Comfort Exchange.

All Online Sales Outside of Orange County California

  • All sales online sales outside of Comfort Gallery's local delivery range* cannot be exchanged.
  • If an item arrives damaged during shipment, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and call us immediately at 1-877-635-8008 so that we can make arrangements for a return/replacement (at no cost to you).

Return Policy

  • All Adjustable Bases cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All pillows, linen and mattress protectors cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All Mattress Topper's (Wool, Latex or Memory Foam) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All Headboards & Bed Room Sets (Wood Beds, Iron Beds, Upholstered Beds, Night stands and Dressers) cannot be returned or exchanged.

If an item arrives damaged during shipment, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and call us immediately at 1-877-635-8008 so that we can make arrangements for a return/replacement (at no cost to you).

Order Cancellations

  • Any order canceled within 24 hours will receive a 100% refund.  
  • Any purchase cancelled after 24 hours and prior to delivery will receive an 80% refund
